Key Accountabilities:

·         Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

·         Support the team to deliver seamless customer service

·         Assist with loan application processing and payouts

·         Manage customer accounts, including arrears follow-up

·         Process wage payments

·         Provide general administrative and team support

You will need to have:

·         Positive attitude with a strong customer focus

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

·         High attention to detail

·         Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

·         Flexibility and willingness to learn

·         Prior experience in an administrative role is required.
