  • Identify items required for Board escalation and assist Head of Risk & Compliance with Risk reporting for Board Meetings.

  • You will own and maintain our Risk Register & Control Library, and schedule required Control Testing by Control Owners.

  • 7 - 10 years Risk Management experience and expertise
  • Previous experience in a Risk, Compliance or an Audit role, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Sound experience with RCSAs, Control Testing, Issue & Action Management
  • Resilience, and the ability to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, while juggling tight and competing timeframes
  • A self-starter, and able to work independently, make prioritisation decisions, and take ownership of their work
  • Familiarity with Business Continuity Planning, CCCFA and Anti-Money Laundering & Countering Financing of Terrorism rules and regulations (preferable)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills with an enthusiasm for, and ability to adapt to new and emerging technologies
