About the Role
This is a pivotal role at the heart of our marketing transformation. With a modern martech stack launching soon - including a new website, marketing automation powered by a customer data platform (CDP). We’re looking for a curious, tech-savvy marketer to take the reins and shape how we use data, platforms and personalisation to drive growth and deepen customer engagement.

You’ll be both strategic and hands-on: owning the marketing technology roadmap, optimising how customer data is used across journeys and campaigns, and making sure our tools work seamlessly together. From lifecycle automation to real-time web personalisation, you’ll play a critical role in delivering smarter, data-led experiences for customers and prospects.

No CDP background? No problem. We provide comprehensive onboarding into our new platforms and a supportive team environment - so if you’re a fast learner who thrives on mastering new tools, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.

We’re a lean, empowered marketing team. This role is for someone who wants to get stuck in, own the strategy, and see the results of their work. You’ll work cross-functionally with delivery and product teams, and external partners. You’ll be the go-to expert for making the most of our tech investment.

This role could be located in the Dunedin National Office or our Auckland Hub
