As the first point of contact for all marketing requests, you’ll play a key role in coordinating work across the wider team. From scheduling social media and managing marketing assets to supporting campaign delivery and updating our website, you’ll help ensure everything runs seamlessly, on time, and on brand.
No two days are the same - one day you might be coordinating a local promotion or briefing creative updates, and the next you’re supporting a national campaign launch or preparing communications for our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing and communications activity across channels and teams
- Support campaign delivery – from brief to execution
- Manage stakeholder marketing requests and ensure materials are on-brand
- Schedule and coordinate social media activity (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Assist with website and Marketing Hub content updates
- Manage merchandise and marketing procurement admin
- Keep team workflows and marketing operations running smoothly
Key Skills & Experience
You’ll have:
- Experience of one year or more in a marketing coordinator/support role
- Relevant tertiary qualification (marketing, communications, or business)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Great communication and a can-do attitude
- Confidence using digital tools and social media platforms
- A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to learn and grow
