About the role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic full-timer to join our Rolleston team. This role requires someone who is energetic, highly driven and with a strong customer focus who can establish effective professional relationships across our diverse portfolio of clients. You will have a high desire to succeed and can identify new opportunities to grow and meet company objectives.

Just some of the things you’re responsible for:

  • Become an expert in our product offerings ensuring clients understand the full range of options available
  • Processing and analysing of loans through each stage of the application process and making sound lending decisions. 
  • Ensuring applications and documentation are processed in accordance with established policy, and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Disclosure of customer contract terms, contract signing, and account creation
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Customer account arrears management
  • Attend training as required by MTF Finance
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the employer from time to time.

You'll need to have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in person and over the phone
  • Enjoy working as a team but also capable managing your own workload.
  • Organised and efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • High levels of integrity and privacy, able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Confident working with numbers and can grasp new technology products quickly
  • No prior experience in lending or financial services necessary — we provide full training. 
  • Willing to learn and can-do attitude
