Just some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Providing lending support through each stage of the application process ensuring applications and documentation are processed in accordance with established policy, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Identify, build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing regular sales reports.
- Become an expert in our product offerings ensuring clients understand the full range of options available.
- Provide quality service to our trusted Dealer and Introducer network.
- Manage customer accounts throughout lifecycle including credit control and arrears management.
- Maintain existing customer database ensuring its timely updated.
- Achieve portfolio and sales income, profit and growth targets.
- Assist with the development and promotion of the MTF brand in the market while professionally attending networking events as required.
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a sales consultant role or within a financial services company
- Sound understanding of sales process, with good negotiation and communication skills.
- Organised and efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- High levels of integrity and privacy, able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, detail focused with high level of accuracy.
- An authentic relationship builder, well engaged in the community and can identify & source new business leads.
- Well-versed in consumer credit with good knowledge of associated legislation (CCCFA, Privacy Act, & AML/CFT) is advantageous, but not essential
- A passion for boats/marine, 4wd’s and/or vehicles would be ideal but again, not essential as we lend on just about anything.
