Some of the things you’re responsible for
- Processing and analysing of loans through each stage of the application process and making sound lending decisions. Also, ensuring applications and documentation are processed in accordance with established policy, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Become an expert in our product offerings ensuring clients understand the full range of options available.
- Maintenance of customer accounts through consistent telephone contact via our Customer Care Call Program along with daily dishonours.
- Ensuring all customer requests and inbound enquires are responded to within the same day.
- Greet customers and external visitors to the office
- Be first point of contact for inbound calls on office landline
- Support your team to ensure seamless service to clients
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly volume and lending targets
You’ll need to have:
- Previous experience in lending and sales preferred but not required. Full training provided.
- Excellent communication, sales and relationship management skills both in person and on the phone.
- Confident on the phone talking to people
- Self-motivation and drive to exceed performance targets
- Organised and efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willing to learn and can-do attitude.
