Just some of the things you’re responsible for
- Manage loan enquiries and applications from initial contact through to settlement
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide clear and responsible guidance around loan terms and documentation
- Assist customers with account queries and payment management
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and collective goals
- Perform general administrative and compliance-related tasks as required
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the employer from time to time.
- Attend training as required by MTF
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be confident managing their workload and prioritising tasks
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Be comfortable working in a team environment and contributing to a positive culture
- Show initiative, reliability, and a professional approach to work
- Be willing to learn — no prior finance experience is required, as full training will be provided
Experience in customer service, sales, or administration would be an advantage but is not essential.
