About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Content Producer with strong visual storytelling chops and end-to-end production skills - someone who can shoot, design, and edit standout content for social, digital, and paid media channels.

This role is at the creative heart of our Marketing and Communications team. You’ll work from brief to delivery, bringing ideas to life through clever storyboarding, audience-led execution, and fit-for-channel assets that connect and convert. You’ll be comfortable crafting video and photography for everyday campaigns, internal comms, or social storytelling - and have the instincts to know what works on each platform.

You’ll also collaborate with agency partners and freelancers where needed, while helping reduce our dependency on external production by building a library of owned assets that reflect MTF’s authentic, community-focused brand.

We’ll make sure you’ve got the gear you need to do your best work - whether it’s on shoot or behind the screen.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s ready to embed their creativity into a purpose-driven brand - perhaps an experienced freelancer looking for stability and meaningful work, or a mid-level creative wanting to stretch into a more strategic, end-to-end production role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create original video, photography and dynamic content - planning, shooting, editing, and designing assets for digital and social channels
  • Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives that connect with a range of different stakeholder groups and target audiences
  • Manage production logistics including locations, talent, permits, and timelines
  • Understand trends and use performance insights to optimise content to improve engagement
  • Build and manage a library of MTF-owned assets aligned to our brand aesthetic
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing and Communications team, creative agencies, and partners

Key Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone who is equal parts creative and practical - who knows how to connect ideas with execution, and audiences with action.

You’ll bring:

  • 4+ years in content production, visual storytelling or digital creative roles
  • Proven skills in video shooting, photography, editing and motion graphics
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar
  • A strong visual eye - attention to layout, typography, colour, and composition
  • Experience designing for digital and social channels with platform knowledge
  • Strong project and time management - able to juggle multiple briefs and timelines
  • A collaborative mindset - thrives on working with others, building on shared ideas, and shaping great outcomes through open feedback and creative exchange.
  • A compelling portfolio that shows both creative impact and technical skill
