Please be aware that MTF Finance Group (including MTF Finance, MTF Finance subsidiaries and related entities, and the network of franchises and approved dealers who provide MTF Finance products and services) may use the Motor Vehicle Register to obtain your name and address to assess and consider a loan application and for the ongoing management of your loan.

The reasons we may access this information:

To verify that the person applying for finance on a vehicle is also the registered vehicle owner.

To confirm that the registered person of a vehicle already under a PPSR security interest is the one who received the finance.

Any person can notify the Motor Vehicle Register that they do not wish to have their name(s) or address(es) made available under authorisation.
