What you'll be doing:

As a key connection point between customers, franchises, originators, and National Office teams, you'll:

  • Champion responsible lending and customer-first outcomes
  • Support the assessment of loan applications through accurate information gathering and validation
  • Assist with processing applications through to approval or decline outcomes
  • Ensure all application data is complete, accurate, and recorded in systems
  • Conduct initial checks to support affordability and suitability assessments
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan information
  • Work across systems to support efficient customer service and lending workflows
  • Contribute to team performance, service targets, and process improvements

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset

  • The ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach
  • Experience in a customer service or contact centre environment

Bonus points if you have:

  • Exposure to lending, credit, or financial services (preferred)
  • Understanding of consumer lending principles and relevant legislation (e.g. CCCFA, Privacy Act) (preferred)
  • Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
