The promoter is the MTF Finance franchise identified in the relevant Facebook giveaway post ("Promoter").
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, participants release Facebook from any responsibility in relation to the promotion.
2.Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 16 years and over unless otherwise stated in the promotional post.
Employees, directors, shareholders, contractors and agents of the Promoter, Motor Trade Finance Limited, associated companies, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion will commence and close on the dates and times specified in the relevant Facebook giveaway post ("Promotion Period").
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the relevant Facebook giveaway post.
Unless otherwise stated, entry is limited to one entry per person.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, offensive, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
5. Prize
The prize(s) will be as described in the relevant Facebook giveaway post.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by law.
If a prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection
Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period unless otherwise stated in the giveaway post.
The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
Winner(s) will be contacted using the contact method available through Facebook or any other details provided by the entrant.
If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, does not respond within the timeframe specified by the Promoter, or refuses the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
8. Prize Collection
The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, or residency before a prize is awarded.
Any costs associated with collecting, redeeming, or using the prize, unless expressly stated, are the responsibility of the winner.
9. Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to the use of their first name, photograph, likeness, and/or entry content by the Promoter for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, MTF Finance, and their related parties shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, injury, or expense suffered by any entrant arising from or in connection with the promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies available under New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.
11. Technical Issues
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion, equipment failure, or any other reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
12. Cancellation or Modification
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
13. Privacy
Any personal information collected as part of the promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the MTF Finance Privacy Policy.
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry that it believes breaches these Terms and Conditions or is contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
