The Opportunity
This new role is Queenstown based with a region covering Central Otago and Southern Lakes.
You’re at the helm with support from the local team, Dunedin based owner and state of the art technology. You’ll be flying the flag in your community and seeking opportunities to help. You’ll be leading the team and building them up. You’ll be watching the commercial dial and reporting on results. You’ll be boots on the ground involved in customer lending.
The business and reputation are well established. Where it goes next will be driven by you.
Who You Are
You’re a seasoned practitioner in the finance industry and understand the positive difference responsible lending can make. You’ve had exposure to car and personal loans with home lending a bonus.
Given the Queenstown base living in the area is a must. You genuinely enjoy the responsibility leadership brings. You love setting goals and achieving results through your own efforts and those around you. You love being out and about in your community building long term relationships. You intuitively understand that protecting long term customer interests is at the core of commercial success.
You’ve worked hard to build a reputation as a trusted professional, and you’re ready for the next step – running a business like you own it.
