Stephen Higgs - Chairman

Stephen is a partner at Polson Higgs, Chartered Accountants. Stephen is Chairman of Mt Difficulty Wines Limited. He is a director of Cumberland Property Group Limited, CRT Limited, Incompass Limited, and lectures in taxation at the University of Otago. Stephen is a director of MTF Limited, MTF Leasing Limited, MTF Treasury Limited and MTF Direct Limited. Stephen is one of two independent directors.

Angus Bradshaw - Managing Director

Angus joined MTF as General Manager in December 1997 and was appointed Managing Director in April 1998. Prior to joining MTF, Angus held a number of senior banking roles at The Rural Bank and The National Bank of New Zealand. Angus is a director of MTF Securities Limited, MTF Leasing Limited, MTF Limited, MTF Direct Limited, MTF Treasury Limited, MTFS Holdings Limited and Grasshopper Rock Wine Limited.

Graeme Gibbons

Graeme is Chief Executive Officer of The Colonial Motor Company Limited (CMC), a listed public company. CMC is the parent company of a number of Ford dealerships throughout New Zealand, which have been shareholders in MTF since the early 1980s. Graeme is a director of The Colonial Motor Company Limited, its subsidiaries and Gibbons Services Limited. Graeme is one of four shareholder directors and chairman of the credit committee.

Michael King

Mike is Managing Director of Mike King Limited, an MTF shareholder. Mike is based in Tauranga, has been involved in vehicle finance since 1988 and set up the first MTF franchise in 2007. Mike is one of four shareholder directors.

Stephen McKewen

Stephen is Executive Director of the Water Factory Company and St Jorioz StratCon. He has a background in law and investment banking with a specific focus on the corporate finance and asset finance sectors. Stephen is one of two independent directors.

Geoffrey Kenny

Geoff has been a shareholder of MTF since 1994, firstly as a motor vehicle dealer in Rotorua, and more recently as an MTF franchisee, Geoff Kenny Limited, based in Lower Hutt. Geoff is one of four shareholder directors. Appointed 2011.

Brent Robertson

Brent has been a shareholder of MTF since 1985, and is a director of Brents Limited, a used car dealership, and O’Connell Robertson Limited, an MTF franchise, both based in Christchurch. Brent is one of four shareholder directors. Appointed 2011.
