Stephen Higgs - Chairman

Stephen is Managing partner at Polson Higgs, Chartered Accountants. Stephen is Chairman of Mt Difficulty Wines Ltd, Polson Higgs Wealth Management Ltd, Immune Solutions Ltd, South Link Health Ltd and a director of CRT Ltd, Cumberland Property Group Ltd, Cumberland Rural Properties Ltd, Polson Higgs Administration Ltd and various other Polson Higgs companies, Incompass Ltd, Otago Innovation Ltd, MTF Securities Ltd, MTFS Holdings Ltd, MTF Leasing Ltd, MTF Direct Ltd, MTF Treasury Ltd and MTF Ltd. He is a councillor on the University of Otago Council and two Otago Federated Farmers Trusts Stephen is one of two independent directors.

Scott Creahan

Scott has a background in corporate and institutional banking, with a specific focus on the corporate finance and structured finance sectors. He worked with Westpac for 16 years, culminating in six years as the head of the Westpac Institutional Bank Securitisation team. Scott is a director of MTF Securities Ltd, MTF Direct Ltd, MTF Treasury Ltd, MTF Leasing Ltd, MTFS Holdings Ltd, Dr Maria Pearse Associates Limited and South Head Capital Limited. Scott is one of two independent directors.

Geoffrey Kenny

Geoff has been a shareholder of MTF since 1994, firstly as a motor vehicle dealer in Rotorua, and more recently as an MTF franchisee, Geoff Kenny Limited, based in Lower Hutt. Geoff is one of four shareholder directors.

Michael King

Mike is Managing Director of Mike King Limited, an MTF shareholder. Mike is based in Tauranga, has been involved in vehicle finance since 1988 and set up the first MTF franchise in 2007. Mike is director of an MTF Franchise, Mike King Limited, based in Tauranga. Mike is one of four shareholder directors and is chairman of the credit committee. Appointed 2010.

Brent Robertson

Brent has been a shareholder of MTF since 1985, firstly as a motor vehicle dealer and more recently as a director of three MTF franchises: O’Connell Robertson Limited, Ferguson Robertson Limited, and Jordan Robertson Limited, all based in Christchurch. Brent is one of four shareholder directors.

Grant Woolford

Grant has been in the Motorcycle industry for over 25 years and has been involved with MTF through Cyclespot Group. Cyclespot Group is New Zealand’s largest retail motorcycle company and Grant has been Managing Director since 2000. Grant is one of four shareholder directors.
