Getting back on track

Log in to your customer account at https://my.mtf.co.nz/login. Check your payment status. If you need to talk to us because you are having difficulty meeting your payments, then please contact us.

Use the contact details shown to discuss your account with the office or vehicle dealer that you got your loan from.

How to catch up on payments you’ve missed

You can make one-off, or regular automatic payments directly to our bank account - make sure you add your MTF Finance account number or registration number of your vehicle in the reference fields:
